Once every month we hold a special weekend dedicated to an event, cuisine or destination. These evenings are very special to Bliss as they link our passion for good rustic food and magical destinations. Places are limited so please call early to reserve a table. Spanish Evenings
To date our most popular events. Join us for an evening of Tapas, Rioja and regional Spanish dishes accompanied by live Spanish classical guitar music. Dates for the 2012 will appear on this page soon.
Evening Dining - Sat 31st March 2012
With private parties and Apres Ski evenings taking up most saturdays with have managed to squeeze in an evening at the end of the month for candlelit dining. No musicians, no skiwear and no theme, other than good food and wine in our downstairs restaurant. For details of the evening menu Click Here, reservations essential.
Spanish Evening - 21st April 2012
Join us for an evening of Sangria, Tapas, Rioja and regional spanish dishes accompanied by live spanish guitar music. On this occassion we are also going to include a few specialities of the Atlantic regions including Asturian Cider, Fabada Asturiana (bean stew with blood sausage) and Cabrales Cheese (a very strong cheese from the Picos de Europa Mountains). These are our most popular evenings and sell out quickly so call soon to grab one of the 10 tables.
Smith's David House Fashion Show - Monday 23rd April
Our friends next door from Smiths David House are holding a Spring Fashion Show and Charity Auction on Monday 23rd April from 12.00. Included in the ticket prices is a glass of prosecco on arrival, a 2 course lunch and entry to the show and auction. We expect to be closing the doors at 4pm once the catwalk is clear and all the bids have been made! We have seating for 38 people in total, first come first served with tickets available from both Smiths David House and Bliss.
